  We went for the first time tonight because of the positive reviews. We used to go to Janbo, down in Draper, but they changed a few of our favorite recipes which led to some experimenting of new Chinese restaurants.
  My wife got the sesame chicken and I got the royal chicken (both in dinner combinations).
  The sesame chicken had a very sweet sauce, but it was good and didn't require the chicken to be totally soaked in it (we both liked that). The chicken was I good sized chunks with crunchy breading, and the breading wasn't the bulk of every bite. Have you ever gone to a place where the chicken is in really small bits and the breaking seems to be the bulk of every piece? Well you won't get that here!
  The royal chicken was something I hadn't seen or tried before. The sauce was a little spicey and delicious. It was a stir fry, not a deep fried dish. There were slices of potatoes and it was actually really good!
  Now keep in mind the context of the review. This is 5 stars for take out style Chinese restaurants around Salt Lake City. The service was good and so was the food. We'll definitely go back and recommend to others.

  Seriously the most awesome little Chinese place ever. Great service, friendly people. Went there for my daughters graduation party, and they were extremely accommodating. The food is so good. the "Happy Family" meal is my favorite.

  I've been coming to Chef Ming for 11 years and I am still amazed by the consistency and deliciousness of their food every time I go! My family and I have attended both lunch and dinner times and have had great experiences all around. Orange chicken is my favorite here because the breading is crispy and the chicken is SO TENDER. If you go in during 11am-3pm, the lunch specials are great offers that are cheap and just as delicious! We love them!
