  Let me first say that I love Outback. I've been to several across the country and have always had a good time. I came here last night for Valentine's Day. Ordered the dinner for two, both steaks medium. Mine was raw as was my girlfriend's. The waitress even admitted that they were still "mooing." So, we asked them to throw them back on the grill. They did, and they came back well done - totally inedible. Also, they forgot both of our sides and were clearly in a hurry to get us out the door. Oh, and the drinks were watered down. I understand that it's Valentine's Day and they were swamped, but you should still take the time to cook good food, you know, especially if it's your job. I wouldn't even take a gift card as compensation if they offered it because that would mean I have to eat here again. I haven't been to the Outback in Ogden, but it's probably waaaaaay better than this place.

  I don't go out for steak often, but tonight prime rib called to me. The service here was exceptional. I had the wedge salad, it was light, crisp, and refreshing. I like my Prime Rib med tare and it was cooked perfectly. A dark beer on tap provided some much needed relaxation after a rough day at work. This is the best kept secret right here in Midvale. I would definitely come here again. 5 Stars!!!

  It's a little too expensive and the quality of the food doesn't totally match up to the price. It's okay though. I had the limited time crab cakes and they were decent but a little too salty and not very fresh tasting. The Aussie fries are pretty good. I also had the mixed veggies with my meal but they looked and tasted store bought like from the frozen section; not freshly chopped. I happened to sample the steak that someone I came with got and I have to admit that was pretty good. Takeaway point is probably just get the steak if your going to eat here. Costs average around $20 and up.
