  The only real reason for me to come here is for the orange chicken. The rest of the menu isn't worth getting for me. But it's fast food so I can't come down on them too hard.

  I placed an online order and scheduled it for earliest pickup which was around 6:45PM. Since it was a massive order and totaled to $71 it pushed the time to 7:27PM for pick up.
  
  I've paid and not until 7:15PM did they call me from "someone's personal cellphone" to tell me they closed at 7PM. I lost $71 and didn't get any food for my family. According to the representative they got the order at 7PM and they tried calling me to notify me that they just closed.
  
  From my understanding I placed my order prior to them closing. This is extremely unacceptable and very poor customer service.
  
  NEVER ORDER ONLINE!
  
  I will be waiting for my refund to appear within the alotted time frame of 3-6 business days. If I do not see it appear there will be repercussions.

  They do not know how to run a drive through. Every time we end up waiting anywhere from 15-45 minutes. Last time we were the only ones in line and we were excited to finally only spend a few minutes waiting. We paid and they said it would be about five minutes for the rice to finish cooking, and to go park and they would bring it out to us. There wasn't anybody behind us and we should have just stayed there, because we waited in the car for half hour for them to bring our food out. They kept sending cars one by one to park and wait for food, and lost control of the drive through. We finally went inside to get our food, and it had just been sitting out ready, waiting for someone to bring it out. It was not hot, and I wish I would have had them prepare fresh boxes for us because we don't know how long our meat was sitting out. Huge food service no-no! I was even more disappointed because the rice was not even cooked, and that's what we had to wait on in the first place.
  
  I'll still go back because I am addicted to Panda and it's located close to my home, but I want to express my concern for the drive through. They are always hiring, and until they have enough employees they should not even try to operate a drive through. Next time they tell me to pull forward, I will not move.

  Always busy at lunch time but they are prepared - have never ran out of anything i order when going during a busy time. staff is friendly
