  I use to eat there 3 times a week and it was my favorite! But have not been there for about 2 years due to work changes. I took my family there and was surprised on how dirty the place was and how horrible the food came out and service was mediocre.

  Clean and pretty fast but usually busy. I feel there are better examples of Pei Wei though.

  If only I could give less than 1 star! I USE to think that Pei Wei was a little nicer place to eat, and therefore had above average service. I would have received FAR better service alone at night in a dark alley! I will literally never go back again, it is not worth sitting there like an idiot forever, waiting for food, being completely ignored and when I asked where my order was it was clearly apparent that it had been pushed aside and forgotten. Then when they FINALLY got around to giving it to me after nearly 40 minutes of waiting like a sap, not a single, "I'm so sorry for the wait", nothing it was shoved in my face just to get me out the door. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else!!!
