  I just want to Thank Sammy R. for taking care of me from an issue that wasn't his to issue to fix. I had a horrible experience at the Taylorsville location earlier in the night. They had dropped my food on the ground in front of me, my family and the other customers waiting for their food. If you want to know that your food is being handled properly and will get the best customer service possible. Please go to this location and say hello the Sammy. He was genuinely upset at the other locations actions and took care of me at his location even tho he didn't have to. Thank you again my friend.

  Good restaurant. I love the food and atmosphere. The reason I rented 4 stars is because I can tell that this Roadhouse is a little lax on its standards compared with some other locations. The main thing was the slow service time of the server. The table is sapose to be greated in under 15 seconds but I was left for well over 5 minutes. I also did not receive my rolls for about 7 minutes. Despite these shortcomings I can't really complain and the meal was very tasty.
